Shipping Information
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure your product arrives safely. Because of this extra care, handling and shipping may take a few additional days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders are handled and dispatched within 24 hours on business days, unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling time may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping method. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Address Changes
After an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or because of incorrect address details, the customer will be charged for return shipping as well as any new shipping costs.
